Al-Yamza Enterprises Limited ("Al-Yamza", "we") runs this website and provides property management and letting services in Mombasa, Kenya. Our office is on Makadara Road, between Munch and Barka Restaurant, Mombasa.

When you fill in a form or contact us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address and information about the property you own or are looking for.

Like most websites, we may also collect basic, anonymous usage information such as pages visited and the type of device used, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask for, arrange viewings and repairs, and keep you updated about your property or tenancy.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it where we need to in order to provide a service, for example passing a repair request to a contractor, or where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and records relating to tenancies and management agreements for as long as required by law and good practice.
