What do I need to rent a place through you?

Usually a copy of your ID or passport and a phone number we can reach you on. Once you've chosen a place, you'll pay the deposit and first month's rent and sign a written tenancy agreement.

How much is the deposit?

It depends on the property. We'll tell you the exact deposit and rent before you commit, and both are written into your agreement.

How do I report a repair?

Use the repair form on our Tenants page or WhatsApp the office on 0738 881 785 with a photo. For emergencies like a burst pipe, call us on the same number straight away.

Can you help me find a shop or office, not just a home?

Yes. We let shops and commercial spaces too, like the units we currently have in Bamburi and Bombolulu. Tell us what you need and your budget.

I can't see what I want on the website. What now?
